Description
HORNE OZVENT® ventilators are an energy free wind driven
turbo ventilator built for Australian conditions.
The ventilators provide air circulation in the space between the
ceiling and outer roof and in summer removes hot still air which
increases room temperature in your home and in winter removes
damp moisture laden air which can cause damage within the roof
area.

Strength
- The OZvent ventilator is double riveted to provide extra strength and is designed with internal
bracing to withstand winds in excess of 205km/h. The corrugated die pressed vane shape provides more
strength, stability and uniformity.
Ball bearings
- Acetal polymer bearings with caged 316 stainless steel precision ground ball bearings
provide a maintenance free, easy running characteristic. Acetal is a unique polymer that retains lubricant
within its molecular structure to ensure long life and smooth operation.
Corrosion resistant
- The OZvent ventilator is manufactured from high grade aluminium (Grade AA1100)
including the rivets and shaft, therefore highly resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Where steel parts are
necessary they are either Zinc, Nickel or Cadmium plated to ensure they match the corrosion resistance
of the aluminium.

Duo-fan
- Unique Duo-fan construction where the supports for the lower bearing also act as fan blades
which enhance the flow of air through the intake of the ventilator improving overall performance.
Weather resistant
- The design of the airfoil vanes ensures rainwater drains away from the ventilator.
The vain shape combined with the rotation of the ventilator creates a continuous outward movement of air
preventing any rainwater from entering the OZvent ventilator.
Fit any roof
- Vari-pitch base fits roofs from 0-45 degrees and can be easily adjusted.
